At my house this weekend, we had the much anticipated
But, to indulge myself just one more time…
here are some photos of the little Frog, Goose & Bear family enjoying the day…
And of course, none of this would have been possible without the inspiration and sheer hard work of Granny – thanks Mum!

This is the first year that we invited friends for a party for Bear. It was just family for the first two years and so this time, along with the family, we invited four of his little friends too. Of course those friends brought their families along too (they were only 3 years old after all) which just made it all the more fun! I once read somewhere that you should invite one friend per age the child is turning. What do you think of that?
At my house today we are obviously doing quite a bit of packing up!

Great party! Love the duck!!
More great photos Emma! I totally agree with the guideline of inviting one friend per age the child is turning. It seems to work for me.
What a wonderful party! You went to so much trouble and it all looks great, decorations, food, party hats etc.
Gorgeous- it looks like a wonderful time was had by all! Well done you (and granny).

I've never heard that idea for limiting invitees to ages before. I think I like it… (though we've invited far to many for W for cake at the park every year so far, perhaps a first child mistake…)
oh wow – that does look amazing! take your hat off your self mumma and be proud of what you put together for your little boy – looks like everyone had a great time! I love the cake – very simililar to what I did for my daughter (minus the farm items!) buntings are just way to much fun – even for grown ups!!
It was a great day. You did a brilliant job as usual and everyone had a fantastic time. Everything looked fantastic and of course the detail makes it.

Thanks for joining in again this week. Lou.
That party looks awsome – wish I was invited!
You did a great job with the preparations.
Your little people wont remember a clean house – they will remember the party though, glad to see you have the priorities right :)
How are you going to top it for next years celebration?
fantastic!! love it Emma!!
Its great fun being the Granny who gets to participate in all of this, especially as I love kids parties too. Thanks to Grandpa who provided the great farm animals too!
