EASY PEASY CHOCOLATE WANDS

Thanks to my friend Josie, who first made these for Bear’s Rocket Party these have become my new favourite party food!  After enjoying these at his friend Johnny’s birthday party, Bear loved them so much that he specifically requested them for his own party.

Grissini bread sticks dipped in chocolate and covered in sprinkles!  So yummy and very popular!

With my party glasses on, I can see these with crushed nuts, crushed pistachios, dried cranberries or crushed candy canes at Christmas time.  I can see them with white chocolate mixed with different coloured food dye to make pink, green or yellow wands.   I have seen pretzel sticks done the same way, but I just can’t get past the salt on the pretzels mixed with the sweet of the chocolate and pretzels are not quite as common here in Australia as they are in the US.

I was pretty excited to see Bear’s Rocket Party on Bird’s Party Blog today.

Stay tuned for a cute Cheeky Monkey Party that we went to last weekend.  You might even see these choc. sticks featured!  The party was hosted by the same clever Mum who put on the gorgeous rainbow party earlier this year.

Oh how fantastic Emma, always love your easy peasy's. These look delicious! They look so pretty too. I'd definitely knock a few of those over myself if I made them for a kid's party ;o) xo
